Fees

We believe in clear, upfront pricing so you can make informed decisions about your child's therapy. All fees are aligned with industry standards and NDIS guidelines.

Our fees are in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26 v.1.1, support category Improved Daily Living (Capacity Building).

Private Clients and NDIS Participants

Fee: $193.99 per session/hour

Therapy session
- Charged at one hour and includes:
  - 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy with your child
  - 15 minutes for clinical notes, treatment planning, and administration
Initial intake meeting, reviews and discharge
- Your first appointment typically lasts one hour and includes a comprehensive assessment, goal setting, and development of your child's treatment plan.
Report Writing
- Detailed reports for schools, other professionals, or NDIS purposes are charged at the hourly rate.

Travel Fees

Home or school visits within 3217 postcode: Flat fee of $30
Home or school visits outside 3217 postcode: $96.99 per hour (in line with NDIS travel guidelines)

**There are no travel fees for sessions held in the Poa Banyul Community Hub or Torquay clinic rooms.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. To ensure we can offer appointments to all families who need support, we require:

48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling – no charge will apply.
Less than 48 hours notice – the full session fee will be charged.
